Adding additional Chatbots

Adding a new chatbot is as simple as clicking on the chatbot dropdown box (1) on the top right of your dashboard. You will see a list of chatbots you have already created.

To add a new chatbot click [Create New Bot] (2) and follow the prompts.

Troubleshooting: If you have already adding the maximum amount of chatbots that your plan permits, you can either delete any chatbots you may no longer require by navigating to Settings > Manage Bots and deleting any that are no longer required. Otherwise you can upgrade your plan to have an account that permits more chatbots.
