Navigate to: Chatbot > Keywords
Keywords allow Businesses to automatically reply to Post Comments and Visitor Posts made on your Page with a single message on Messenger. When using this feature the user will get a reference with a link to the post or comment that is getting the reply.
Add New Keyword
When setting up a Keyword you can designate a specific module or feature that will be sent if that keyword or phrase is detected.
Click [Save] once done.
You can see how many times each keyword has been sent from the list view in the Keywords menu.
